So Act Network, Inc. Announces Appointment of New CEO and Company Shift in Focus Towards Launching MAX SOUND HD AUDIO(TM) Technology in 2011.

HOUSTON, Feb. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- So Act Network, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SOAN) announced today the appointment of John Blaisure as the new Chief Executive Officer of So Act Network, Inc. and that the Company has filed the appropriate documentation to be renamed Max Sound Corporation which will reflect a shift in focus of the Company's primary objective.

Mr. Blaisure brings to the table over 20 years of CEO experience in managing and marketing of communication and software technology companies from the ground up. Previously Mr. Blaisure was the Founder and President of Effective Network Systems as well as having a 10 year background building web-based profit systems, putting him in position to provide his leadership and vision to take MAX SOUND to the next level.

"Our game-changing HD AUDIO(TM) technology solves two major industry wide problems" says Blaisure. "The first problem is that all audio is being heavily compressed which is degrading the quality of sound that consumers experience. The second problem is that bandwidth limitations make it difficult to provide high definition audio along with high definition video. The MAX SOUND HD AUDIO(TM) process solves both of these problems by converting audio files to high definition quality while maintaining their existing format without encoding or decoding and reducing the size of each audio file by up to 200%.

Along with the appointment of John Blaisure as CEO, company executives have made the decision to focus primarily on developing and launching the MAX SOUND HD AUDIO(TM) technology in 2011. "The decision for this shift in focus was a logical progression," said Blaisure. "We are currently experiencing a fundamental shift in the way we consume media. High Definition Video and 3D Video consumption are growing at an astronomical pace, but there is no clear HD AUDIO(TM) solution to accompany this massive growth. We believe that MAX SOUND is the perfect solution and the window of opportunity is wide open".

According to the Cisco Visual Networking Index (VNI), by 2014 the sum of all forms of video (TV, video on demand, Internet, & P2P) will exceed 91 percent of global consumer traffic. Internet video alone will account for 57 percent of all consumer Internet traffic and Advanced Internet Video (3D and HD) will comprise 46 percent of all consumer Internet video traffic.

MAX SOUND is positioned to capitalize on these trends by licensing its Codec, Chip Set and DSP technology to industry leaders in over a dozen vertical markets, helping them deliver high definition audio to their customers at file sizes reduced by up to 200%.
