Jul. 18--The National Radio-communications Company (SNR), Vodafone, Rartel and Orange will install telecommunication centers in 100 villages that have no access to phone services, according to an announcement made by the National Regulatory Authority in Communications (ANRC). SNR will install 42 telecommunication centers in 18 counties while Vodafone will install 31 and Rartel, 26 telecommunication centers. Orange will install telecommunication centers in Teleorman County.
